1. Tita Duran vs Maine Mendoza
Tita Duran, or Teresita Durango-Magalona, was dubbed the first ever successful child star (yes, even before Nino Mulach) of Philippine Cinema with movies such as Inang Mahal and Guerilyera. She is the mother of late rapper Francis Magalona.
Nicomaine Dei “Maine” Mendoza is an actress and television/internet celebrity who became famous through her viral Dubsmash videos. She is the other half of the popular Aldub loveteam, alongside Alden Richards.
2. Delia Razon vs Nadine Lustre
Delia Razon is a Filipina actress born to a German father and a Filipino-Spanish mother. She debuted under LVN Pictures through her role in Krus na Bituin but she became popular because of her loveteam with Rogelio dela Rosa.
Nadine Lustre is also a well-known name due to the great success of her loveteam with James Reid. Lustre can be credited with a lot of successful films and teleseryes but one recognition that stands out for this battle is that Nadine was recently awarded with FHM’s top spot in its ‘100 Sexiest’ poll.
3. Paraluman vs Maja Salvador
Paraluman was an award-winning Filipina actress whose contemporaries include Fernando Poe Jr. and Carmen Rosales. Her beauty led her to be noticed by the sister of another famous actress, Corazon Noble, who introduced her to film producer Luis Nolasco.
Maja Salvador was discovered through her letter to the GMA Show ‘Wish Ko Lang’ which she sent in the hopes of meeting her biological father. She started in supporting roles in teleseryes then moved onto top billing them. Her performance in Thelma garnered her a Gawad Urian award for Best Actress.

4. Nida Blanca vs Kathryn Bernardo
Nida Blanca was included in YES! Magazine’s list of the 15 Best Actresses of all time for having a career that spanned 50 years. Her murder in 2001 was a sad ending to the beautiful life she lived.
Kathryn Bernardo is the other half of a popular loveteam that took the country by storm – Kathniel. Her breakthrough role was her performance as Mara David/Del Valle in the remake of Mara Clara that started a series of events that has led her to where she is now.
5. Gloria Romero vs Liza Soberano
Gloria Romero’s career has spanned over 60 years and it includes gems like Tanging Yaman and Magnifico. She is the first recipient of the lifetime achievement award from the MTRCB. In 2007, she was included in YES! Magazine’s 100 Most Beautiful Stars in the category “Staying Power” and the magazines 100 Most Beautiful Stars for their 2009 issue in the category “The Venerable.”
Liza Soberano is a Filipino-American actress and model whose breakout role came in the form of a loveteam with Enrique Gil in Forevermore. Liza has been hailed as one of the most beautiful actresses in the Philippines, adored by fans and celebrities alike – including Michael Cinco, Mark Nicdao, Piolo Pascual, and James McVey of the British band The Vamps.
6. Marita Zobel vs Jessy Mendiola
Marita Zobel also know as Mary Ann Blanch i Respall was born in June 18, 1941, is a Filipina actress. She was an LVN Pictures contract star.
Jessy Mendiola, is a Filipino actress. She played the role of Maria Mercedes Alegre in the 2013 remake of the 1992 Mexican telenovela Maria Mercedes.
7. Amalia Fuentes vs Sarah Lahbati
Amalia Fuentes is a Filipino actress, and former super star of Philippine cinema. She was once dubbed the Elizabeth Taylor of the Philippines. She is the aunt of actors Aga Muhlach and Nino Muhlach. She is the mother of actress Liezl Martinez. She is the first Filipino Lux Soap model.
Sarah Alzol Lahbati is a Swiss-Filipino actress and reality show contestant who gained media attention as a finalist on the 5th season of StarStruck, a Philippine overall talent show broadcast on GMA Network. Lahbati declared StarStruck V’s Ultimate Female Survivors after nine weeks of the competition.

8. Barbara Perez vs Yassi Pressman
Barbara Perez is a Filipina actress in movies and television in the Philippines. She was tagged as the Audrey Hepburn of the Philippines due to her doe eyes, pixie face, swan-like neck and 19-inch waistline. She did No Man Is An Island, a Hollywood movie in 1962, with Jeffrey Hunter.
Yassi Pressman was born in British Hong Kong to a British father and a Filipino mother from Isabela. Her second name, Isabel, is a reference to her mother’s home province. Pressman has one sister.
9. Susan Roces vs Julia Barretto
Susan Roces, is a Filipina actress and widow of Ronald Allan Kelley Poe, better known as Fernando Poe, Jr. She was a main cast member of John en Shirley, a comedy show that aired on ABS-CBN until October 2007.
Julia Barretto rose to prominence after being cast in ABS-CBN’s Kokey, where she played the lead role of Anna Calugdan. She has successfully starred as the protagonist of the 2014 melodrama fantasy series Mirabella. She also starred as a bida kontrabida in And I Love You So. She’s one of the Asap It Girls together with Liza Soberano, Janella Salvador and Kathryn Bernardo.
10. Gloria Diaz vs Julia Montes
Gloria Díaz has been considered a brilliant actress within the world of Philippine cinema and television. Shortly after her reign as Miss Universe ended, she pursued an acting career in the Philippines and in 1975, she was cast in her breakthrough performance as Isabel in the critically acclaimed Ang Pinakamagandang Hayop sa Balat ng Lupa.
Julia Montes began attending auditions and modeling agencies. She recalls the struggles she and her grandmother went through: commuting to castings, hurrying from school to shoots and missing a lot of family time in the process until she was cast in a milk brand, chocolate snack and fast food chain endorsements. However, she said she never competed with anyone and was just in the entertainment industry out of needs.
