NPA confesses to accidentally killing a 4th Month Old baby in a police ambush...MUST WATCH THIS!

It was in Bukidnon that the New People’s Army accidentally killed a 4-month old baby in a private car that just happened to tail a police vehicle that the rebels ambushed.

The NPA has asked for forgiveness from the family.

Both the police car and the family were travelling on Talakag-Bumbaran Road when the NPA hit them with the ambush.

The NPA released a statement saying that the incident was something they did not expect.

“The NPA-North Central Mindanao Region expressly extend their condolence to and are asking for forgiveness from the relatives of the slain and wounded civilians. This is a painful occurrence which was unforeseen. We are currently finding means to connect with the relatives and friends of the aggrieved in an offer to indemnify the said incident.Whether we like it or not, the process of continuing a civil war entails certain unavoidable circumstances such as what happened,” said the statement.

The Eastern Mindanao Command of the military has condemned the ambush of the NPA, saying that the act violated the Comprehensive Agreement on Respect for Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law or CARHRIHL between the government and the CPP-NPA-NDF.

The law states that they should not attack civilians and non-combatants, as well as a ban of the use of landmines.

“We condemn in the strongest possible terms this barbaric act committed by the perpetrators of this incident which resulted to the tragic death of a four-month old baby girl and one of our police personnel,” said Brigadier General Eric Vinoya of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

“These perpetrators can be compared to savages, infant killers, and murderers of innocent civilians, who thrive on abusing the weak by using coercion and intimidation, without giving any regard to human life and established laws. They do not belong in this civilized society. They will be punished.” he added.

The baby that was killed was Machorao Malysha from Lanao del Sur, as well as Senior Police Officer 3 Arnel Carillo.
